Best Companies Star Accreditation 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 - maximum 3-star rating
For the last 4 years, we have been awarded the maximum 3 stars through the Best Companies accreditation scheme, which recognises excellence in the workplace. Accreditation is focused on workplace engagement as an integral part of a company's success and growth. Each company that enters is awarded a Best Companies Index score derived from the organisation's employee responses to the accreditation survey, which is the same survey used for the Sunday Times Top 100 (see below).

We have appeared in the Sunday Times Top 100 list for the past 4 years running, and we remain the highest ranking pharmaceutical company. This fantastic achievement is down to the efforts of every single Napp employee. You can read more about our Best Companies awards by clicking here.

Through his studies for the qualifications, which included both written and oral exams, Chris had to demonstrate his knowledge and understanding in making competent assessments and decisions in relation to risk and control measures.

PharmaTimes Senior Marketeer of the Year 2008
One of our brand managers, Sarah Ingle, was awarded the PharmaTimes Senior Marketeer of the Year in November 2008. The competition is organised through a cross-industry steering committee made up of the best marketing brains in the UK, with the aim of encouraging and inspiring the next generation of marketing leaders. Rather than being based on past work, the awards are judged on individual competencies displayed during the competition process.
