Best Companies Star Accreditation 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011
For the last 5 years, we have taken part in the Best Companies accreditation scheme, which recognises excellence in the workplace. Accreditation is focused on workplace engagement as an integral part of a company's success and growth. Each company that enters is awarded a Best Companies Index score derived from the organisation's employee responses to the accreditation survey, which is the same survey used for the Sunday Times Top 100 (see above). This year, we were awarded 2 stars.
PharmaTimes New Marketeer of the Year 2010
Napp's Respiratory Assistant Brand Manager was named PharmaTimes New Marketeer of the Year late in 2010. The PharmaTimes Awards recognise the very best Marketeers from across Europe. This is the second time that a Napp Brand Manager has been recognised in this way; in 2008, one of our Analgesic Brand Managers was awarded Senior Marketeer of the Year.
PharmaTimes Senior Primary Care Representative of the Year 2010
One of our experienced representatives, was awarded Senior Primary Care Representative of the Year by PharmaTimes in October 2010. Napp also had three other finalists in the awards in the categories of Senior Primary Care Representative of the Year, Specialist Care - Care of the Elderly and Specialist Care - Oncology. These awards are particularly special as entrants are initially nominated by clinicians.
Best Corporate Workplace 2010 Midlands and East Anglia
In 2010, Napp was named 'Best Corporate Workplace' at the Midlands and East Anglia Region British Council for Offices (BCO) Awards. The judges cited the simplicity and quality of Napp's new buildings on Cambridge Science Park and the execution of their development as key factors in the company winning the award. National STEM Ambassador Awards 2009 - highly commended for Most Dedicated Company award
We have been running our Napp Science and Engineering Ambassador scheme since 2005 to support local schools with teaching science and engineering and we have a team of 30 ambassadors.
