Our sales people, in particular, are the public face of Napp and we take great care to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge to understand what patients and their carers need.

We recognise too that the skills of our managers are crucial. Our leadership and people development programmes aim to make sure that they are equipped with the skills and attitudes necessary.
