The information on this Site is designed to comply with the laws of England. The information on this Site is intended for access and use by residents of England only. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire Agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.

Those Sites may have information that is appropriate only to the particular originating country or region where the Site is based. VIII DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

Healthcare Professional visitors to this Site will be asked to provide their name and General Medical Council Number in order to log in on future visits to restricted parts of the Site. Where you use such information to enable you to access certain parts of the Site, you are responsible for keeping this information confidential. It is important that you do not share your log in details with anyone.

In submitting such information to the Site, you may provide Napp with "Personal Data" as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998. "Personal Data" is personal information that is capable of identifying you, for example, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number. Such Personal Data will be held by Napp in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Such Personal Data held by Napp shall only be used to record your log in details and shall not be disclosed to a third party. Napp shall only retain such Personal Data disclosed by you, for so long as required in order to verify your log in.

When logging in to protected parts of the Site, Napp may collect and store information including details of your name and IP address and the pages you visit within the Site. Napp may use this information to estimate its audience size and usage pattern and to further customise this Site according to Visitor preferences. 

Visitors to the Site may voluntarily submit Personal Data together with a curriculum vitae via the Site’s online application form in order to apply for job vacancies listed on the Site. By submitting such Personal Data and curriculum vitae, you are explicitly consenting to our processing of your personal data on a computer database and/or in manual files for the purpose of evaluating your application for employment. This processing will be carried out in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998
